The first step is identifying your current limitations and creating a custom program to fix what the cause is and then make sure that you have the mobility, flexibility, strength and endurance to perform your favorite activities optimally.
It will take time, but it is possible and if it is important to you and you’re willing to do the work—then I can help guide you.
Have you ever wondered why you need to keep being constantly “adjusted”, why the “knots” and “spasms” keep coming back no matter if you get massaged weekly or even go all in for a 2-hour session.
The problem is that there is a reason you are stiff, tight and ache. And most of the time it’s not coming from where you think.
That’s exactly why I take a WHOLE person— WHOLE body—approach to finding and fixing the true cause. So, focusing on you—all of you—is how you perform, move and live day to day is key to getting and staying pain-free.
And rest can actually have worse effects- because you become weaker, tighter and develop imbalances when you’re immobile.
When you get temporary relief from rest or things like braces, massages, etc. but never really “solve” the underlying problem, you begin to accumulate “weak links” and compensations. And although you might be able to “get away” with it for a season or two of life…
Eventually like an unraveling thread, the bottom drops out and you end up in far more pain, limited and it takes longer and sometimes more invasive methods to get better.

To have a program that works it has to be enjoyable and sustainable. If it can’t be easily incorporated into your daily activities—it just won’t get done.
